If vitamins don't do anything to help prevent heart disease or cancer — two leading killers of Americans — then why did we just spend a whole bunch of money on supplements and take them right before hearing this news??
Anyway, about half the U.S. population takes vitamins in believing they help you live longer, healthier lives, and now it's starting to seem that's not the case. We mean, we were all gonna die anyway, why would we ever think taking 'healthy' things would keep that at bay??
Why waste those few precious seconds taking vitamins when they don't put off the inevitable??
