A NYC man has a seizure outside of a KFC in East Village and NYPD responds to the scene.

The unconscious man's pit bull, named Star, tries to protect her fallen owner from anyone approaching him.

Ann Stanczyk says that two NYPD officers beat her after they said she did not clean up after her dog.

Ann said that she was walking her dog in her Queens neighborhood when she was approached by two cops. They said that she did not clean up her dog's poo and she disagreed saying that he just peed.

The officers found dog feces nearby and ordered her to pick it up.

The polish immigrant responded in broken English, "'It's cold, not belong to my dog.' When I smiled and said I didn't do anything, that made them very upset."

At that point the arrested her and while attempting to put her in the patrol car she used her leg to try to stop them from closing the door. This was when the cops started to beat her!

She was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. The police accused Stanczyk of causing a ruckus by yelling at the officers to leave her alone. They also said she locked her hands in front of her to avoid arrest.

The case is adjourned until May, it will be dismissed as long as she stays out of trouble.

This is completely ridiculous!
