Blake Lively is such a good dog mama!

Even while on the set of Gossip Girl in Queens, New York she's got her dog Penny and her hubby, Ryan Reynolds' dog Baxter!

Penny is so incredibly tiny and cute that you can't even see her but we swear she was as tiny and adorbz as ever!

Some people are truly disgusting.

Milan Rysa, a bodybuilder from Queens, NY, threw his dog Brooklyn out of his third-story window.

So sad!

He was apparently blasting dance music when he suddenly threw the poor dog out the window.

A witness said:

"I saw it coming out the window," a shocked witness said, declining to give his name. "I heard the yelp when it hit the ground. I heard the thud. It just missed a woman."

As a crowd gathered outside, around the dogs body, Rysa looked out his window, then shut it and turned the music off.

When police, who knew little about the situation, arrived at his door with a battering ram and bulletproof shields Rysa eventually opened up, saying he had been sleeping.

He was arrested and charged with aggravated animal cruelty and reckless endangerment.

We think he should be thrown out a window.
