Lena Dunham, you are not alone!

The Girls creator recently took to Twitter to call out Seth MacFarlane's controversial musical number during the 85th Annual Academy Awards, a tribute to to the actresses who have gone topless on film called "We Saw Your Boobs," and now, a woman who HAS shown her tittays to the world via film has joined her in speaking out against what many would argue to be blatant sexism…and all-around poor taste!

Diablo Cody Talks Stripping Double Standards Between Men And Women! Quote Of The Day!

qotd diablo cody channing

"I find it very interesting that a man can be a stripper, talk about it openly, go on SNL and parody it in several sketches, and nobody accuses him of leveraging his sexuality to get ahead. They applaud it. And he did make a quality film, and it obviously did really well, and it had a certain pedigree - it wasn't trashy - but I do not think a woman would be treated the same way. I'm living proof of that. A woman's sexuality is dangerous and threatening and dirty, and for Channing, it's a charming tool in his arsenal. And I love Magic Mike. I love Channing. This is in no way a diss on him."

10 Reasons NOT To Spend Thanksgiving With Your Family

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is that special time of year when we all take stock and consider the blessings in our lives.

And then we collectively go through the nightmare of getting together with our families to remind us how great every other day is!

At least, that's how our friends at Babble have it figured! They lay out some pretty good arguments for NOT doing the big family gathering:

Roseanne Weighs In On Adam Carolla's Sexist Comments

Roseanne Barr not laughing at Adam Carolla

Now here is a legendary comedic voice that we've been dying to hear react to Adam Carolla's most recent misogynistic outburst.

Roseanne Barr was one of the biggest sitcom stars EVER, so we think she would know a thing or two about womens' ability to write them.

In case you haven't heard about the controversy, the former Man Show host told sources that women are "always the least funny on the writing staff" of a sitcom. He proceeded to generalize that "the reason why you know more funny dudes than funny chicks is that dudes are funnier than chicks."

Much like his gay jokes, we don't think these were that funny either and Mz. Barr agrees. The comedian-turned-presidential candidate took to Twitter on Tuesday to share her opinion and wrote:

Madhouse Says Laundry Is A Woman's Job

sexist laundry tag

Wow…

We can't believe women still have to protest this kind of garbage.

While Emma Barnett was, ironically enough, doing her boyfriend's laundry, she noticed a special care instruction on the inside of his pants:

Michele Bachmann Blames Late Night Incident On 'Sexism'

Your Reaction?

Looks like Michele is NOT ready to let this Late Night incident go!

To recap, Michele Bachmann appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Monday night, and house band The Roots played the song Lyin' As* B*tch as her intro music. (above)

Then earlier today, we heard that Jimmy apologized to Michele via Twitter…but it seems that she's still not satisfied because she wants a formal apology from NBC!

Here's what she had to say about it:

Oklahoma State Legislator Makes Horrid Racist & Sexist Comments

Filed under: Icky Icky PooGay Gay GayPolitik

deplorable-sally-kern-oklahoma-rep.jpg

We're shocked someone could even have these thoughts, much less express them in a public forum.

Today, the Oklahoma House of Representatives approved a proposed constitutional amendment that would eliminate Affirmative Action in state government. Several state legislators were on hand to support the amendment, including Rep. Sally Kern of Oklahoma City.

You remember Sally, don't you? No? Do the phrases "gay basher" and "hate monger" ring any bells? Well, she's living up to her long-standing reputation as the latter today as she made some horrendous comments to the press about the amendment passing.

In her warped world view, Rep. Kern believes minorities earn less than white people because they don’t work as hard and have less initiative, thus stripping them of the ease of Affirmative Action will make them proactive.

Oh wait, it gets WORSE. She added:

“We have a high percentage of blacks in prison, and that’s tragic, but are they in prison just because they are black or because they don’t want to study as hard in school? I’ve taught school, and I saw a lot of people of color who didn’t study hard because they said the government would take care of them.”

Or maybe they just didn't have a teacher who looked beyond the stereotypes and offered them real opportunities to excel and learn. Ever think about that, Sally? When one of those kids said that to you, did you turn around and offer them some guidance or did you just write them off??? We can only imagine!

Oh, and ladies, don't think she has forgotten about you! She further added that women earn less than men because “they tend to spend more time at home with their families.”

How does their role as a mother and wife even remotely affect their role at their job? How is it any different than being a father and husband? And what about the single mothers out there? Do they work any less diligently because they have a family to feed? This is 2011, lady! There are more women than EVER who are the breadwinners in their households. Did you take that into account at all?!

You disgust us. You're a narrow-minded, homophobic, sexist bigot and we feel sorry that the people of Oklahoma have you as a representative.
