We guess that the recent abuse allegations against Chad Ochocinco from his wife, Evelyn Lozada, have brought up some bad memories for the disgraced NFL player's first victim!

If you recall, he was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery in 2000 after slapping his college girlfriend, and although he went on to complete a domestic violence batterers' treatment program, his report stated that he "struggled initially with accepting the need to make lifestyle changes as well as minimizing his past behavior."

After LeBron James’ mother Gloria James slapped a valet, Rockfeller Sorel, he allegedly lost his “capacity for enjoyment of life” and is suing for $15,000.

In the lawsuit, Sorel outlines the “damages” she causes, which include pain, emotional distress, humiliation, mental anguish, and loss of capacity for enjoyment of life.

Sorel will also need money for the medical care and loss of earnings he incurred.

Ms. James definitely owes him some money! Who just slaps someone??

Yikes!

Gloria James must have been really trashed and REALLY angry!

The attorney representing Rockfeller Sorel in his lawsuit against Lebron James' mother says that before the angry NBA mom slapped him, she leaned in said:

"You don't know who I am, you f**king n**ger. Tomorrow, you won't have a job."

That's because he'll be living off your son for the rest of his life!

Who wants a job when your about win hundreds of thousands of dollars in an assault lawsuit?

The entire incident was caught on tape and the valet's attorney says the video shows Gloria was clearly the aggressor by leaning into her client as she launched into her alleged racial attack.

We don't really know who will win this, but the evidence seems stacked pretty high against LeBron's wallet Gloria. Gotta learn to control that temper, gurl!

LeBron James' mom, Gloria James, recently got arrested for allegedly assaulting a hotel valet attendant in Miami, but now she LeBron may have a more expensive problem!

Rockfeller Sorel, who she slapped in the face after a night of partying, has slapped her back with a lawsuit!

He claims she had no right to strike him during their little scuffle, which can be seen right here.

The video footage makes it a little fuzzy who is in the wrong and who is in the right, but either way, violence is never the answer, especially if your son is a bazillionare.

We're betting that instead of seeing stars after he was struck, he saw money bags.

This guy may have just been struck in the face with a once-in-a-lifetime jackpot!
