steakhouse-male-on-male-harassment-lawsuit-settled

The site of a legendary mafia gangland murder in the 1980s is now a steakhouse called Sparks Steak House…and it's paying $600,000 in a lawsuit settlement.

The lawsuit says that a male manager sexually harassed nearly two dozen of the restaurant's male waiters — damn, that's a LOT — and the restaurant didn't stop the manager's abuse of the 22 waiters over an eight-year period.

So what did this classy guy do?

L.A. Clippers Star Suspended Over Police Dramz!

matt-barnes-clippers-player-suspended-for-game.jpg

Matt Barnes, L.A. Clippers star, has been suspended by the NBA for one game! Without pay!

This stems from him pleading no contest to interfering with a police officer's duties.

Back in July, Barnes was arrested for driving on a suspended license and then resisting arrest, as we previously mentioned.

He didn't contest the charges to misdemeanor interference with the duties of a police officer. The driving on a suspended license charge was dropped after he

It's Not A Good Thing To Be In The Pink Slime Business Right Now

Pink Slime Shut Down

Seriously though, what were you doing in the pink slime business to begin with??

That shizz is gross!

You know all that pink slime, right? Well the maker suspended operations on Monday at ALL but one plant!

Apparently all the uproar has hurt the business. Well. Yeah, why shouldn't it? It's a gross thing and people shouldn't be eating it, and you shouldn't be making it!

All of this is happening regardless of the fact that federal regulators say the product meets food safety standards. They even claim it's "lean, finely textured beef." Yeah right!

The company is developing a "strategy" for rebuilding business and addressing what Letch called misconceptions about the beef the company makes.

LOL, misconceptions.

Here's what the company said:

"We feel like when people can start to understand the truth and reality then our business will come back. It's 100 percent beef."

Plus ammonium hydroxide and other terrible things!

It's cheap, low-quality meat filler that is made from byproducts and then treated with ammonium hydroxide.

WHO WANTS THAT????

Teenage Cancer Survivor Suspended From School For Growing Out His Hair For Charity

Filed under: Icky Icky PooSad SadCancer

So, what's the right reaction towards a teen who has survived cancer and is growing out their hair for Locks of Love?

You support them and maybe help to get others involved, right??

WRONG! Apparently you should be a cold, heartless school and suspend that boy for growing out his hair because it "violates school rules."

Well, we're here to say that those school rules are inane and stupid.

Madison Academy suspended seventeen-year-old cancer survivor J.T. Gaskins for growing out his hair for Locks of Love. Not one part of that is right.

Check out the story in the video above.

Iranian Soccer Players Face Public Lashing And Prison For Butt Grab!

butt grab

Oh no! This is awful!

Two Iranian soccer players are facing a prison sentence and a public 74-strike lashing for using "inappropriate" behavior to celebrate a goal during a nationally televised game on Saturday.

What dastardly deed did these two commit? A congratulatory pat on the butt!

Yes! That thing we see football and baseball players do ALL THE TIME here in America, is considered a SEVERELY punishable offense in Iran!

Mohammad Nosrati and his Persepolis teammate Sheys Rezaei have already been suspended and fined approximately $40,000 each for celebrating a goal that ended the team's losing streak.

Ugh! We feel so bad for these two guys and can only pray that the government does not follow through with such a deplorable punishment for such an innocent "crime".

America may not be perfect, but it's times like these that remind us how lucky we are to live where we live!

NBA Suspends Two Players For Reckless Driving

NBA Logo

The NBA is holding two players accountable for two unrelated incidents.

Charlie Bell of the Golden State Warriors and Jarrett Jack of the New Orleans Hornets have been suspended for acquiring reckless driving charges.

Bell pleaded no contest under California law, while Jack pleaded no contest under Georgia law.

Both players will be suspended without pay by their respective teams for the first game in the 2011-2012.

We totally support this decision. We're happy to see the NBA holding their players accountable for their actions on and off the court lately.

Whether the players like it or not, they are role models and are sending negative messages to those who look up to them by breaking the law. Their suspension will hopefully teach other players that their conduct off of the court DOES matter.
