Donald Trump's 'A-List' Artists Defend Their Inauguration Performances!

Not every musician is too proud to play for Donald Trump!

After the golden politician had trouble getting A-list talent to sing at his Friday inauguration, it was looking like the only performance of the ceremony would be Trump pretending to seem presidential.

Eventually, the bronzed businessman managed to secure some notable performers at his inaugural, but even those B-list musicians dropped out over the backlash they received.

Now descending to the depths of obscure R&B singers and oh-yeah-I-forgot-about-them rock bands, Trump has seemingly found loyal musicians who are very excited to perform… not for him, of course — but for the country!

Both 3 Doors Down and Chrisette Michele have gotten heat after signing on for the orange troll's swear-in ceremony, but the band and singer want you to know they aren't doing it for incoming POTUS.

Leaving rehearsal at the Lincoln Memorial on Wednesday night, frontman Brad Arnold kept a sunny disposition on the performance, telling TMZ that playing the gig was "all about America." The Kryptonite singer explained:

Jared Leto Takes Moral High Ground After Losing His Taylor Swift Sh*t-Talking Lawsuit Against TMZ!

The Joker isn't going to laugh this one off.

Last December, Jared Leto filed a lawsuit against TMZ for posting a video in which he said he didn't "give a f*ck" about Taylor Swift, claiming the clip was a "stolen copy" and "not meant to be publicly released."

However, things didn't work in the Suicide Squad star's favor on Friday when a judge granted summary judgment to the website.

The judge ruled that the videographer was never Leto's employee and did not agree in writing to give the actor ownership of the video before shooting it in September 2015.

But the Oscar-winner isn't backing down! Over the weekend, the 44-year-old vowed to appeal the decision, saying in a statement:

From sports to politics!

Colin Kaepernick may not receive a lot of press for his play this year, but his national anthem protest sure is getting people talking!

The San Francisco 49ers player has received a lot of flak for not standing during the national anthem to bring attention to police brutality and racial inequality.

The 28-year-old's actions even sparked a scathing response from Donald Trump and more recently, some support from President Barack Obama — something Ted Cruz is NOT happy about!

TMZ recently caught up with Cruz and inquired about Colin's decision to sit. Presumably happy anyone wants to talk to him at all, the 45-year-old former Presidential candidate took the opportunity to rant about the NFL star's actions:

Mariah Carey's Las Vegas Billboards Have Been BANNED For Showing Too Much Boobage!

Mariah Carey sure knows how to promote her concerts, but her latest ads are causing some turbulence for being too sexy!

The songstress is returning to Las Vegas later this month, and commissioned a few busty billboards to promote the show — though not everyone is a fan of her in-your-face cleavage!

According to TMZ, Mariah spent thousands on an intimate photo shoot that was supposed to go up on billboards near Burbank and Orange County airports, which get heavy traffic for the Vegas crowd.

But apparently, the Southern California airports are having an issue with Mimi's boobs — which are barely covered by a gold sheet — and are banning the racy billboards!

Even the Caesar's Palace, where the Elusive Enchantress is performing, wants a censored version of the promotion — but the 46-year-old is fighting to keep up the provocative originals.

Sure, we get that airports don't want any, um… distractions for the pilots trying to land planes — but we're hoping that Mimi gets the freedom to promote her residency in all her curvy glory!

Thomas Gibson must be kicking himself over that outburst. Ha!

On Thursday, it was reported that the longtime Criminal Minds star was suspended from the CBS crime drama for 2 weeks after kicking a writer in a heated creative dispute.

But now it looks like the actor's vacation might be a permanent one, because executives are thinking of kicking him off the show completely!

According to TMZ, production sources said writers for the show are putting together a storyline for next season that gets rid of Gibson's character, Aaron Hotchner.

We assume Virgil Williams — the writer/co-executive producer who was kicked in the shin — is conjuring up a pretty gruesome death scene involving Hotch's legs being thrown into a wood chipper. (This is Criminal Minds, after all…)

If Gibson does manage to stay on the long-running series, he will never work as a director again — which was the role he assumed that led to the kicking and screaming fit.

But if he does get the axe, maybe we can finally get that Dharma & Greg reunion we've all been waiting for! Though we're sure she wouldn't approve of all this violence… LOLz!

She's not about to let herself get Taylor Swift'ed that easily!

On Thursday, it was revealed that Calvin Harris wrote a song about his breakup with the Blank Space singer — from the viewpoint of her new boyfriend Tom Hiddleston!

The track titled Ole reportedly tells the story of the "low key" trysts between Tay and Tom while she was still dating the Swedish DJ — and the lyrics even play on Hiddleston's Marvel character Loki!

While it sounds like this breakup anthem would paint the pop star in a negative light, sources are saying that Harris actually started working on the song WAY before Hiddleswift was a thing!

YouTubers Who Caught Amber Rose Emoji Creator Defend Themselves: 'He Admitted To Me That He Stole My Camera!'

Who steals a camera from a YouTuber, of all people?!

In what's easily the craziest story currently going on in the tech world, the CEO of Moji — the app behind Amber Rose and Steph Curry's emojis — was arrested Monday afternoon when he was caught stealing a camera from popular Internet celeb DOSEofFOUSEY (aka Yousef Erakat) and his friends.

As we previously reported, Oliver Camilo was busted after Yousef and fellow YouTuber Alex Wassabi tracked him down on-camera at LAX after fellow passengers described his man bun and tattered Kanye West Yeezy Season 3 t-shirt.

Well, now that the tech talker has had two days to think of an excuse for pocketing their $800 camera, he's claiming that he's just the victim of a social media prank gone wrong.

Luckily, Alex and Yousef are quite familiar with the Internet, and have already defended themselves to TMZ on Wednesday, saying:
