Such an accomplishment!
Pink will be honored for her work supporting GLBT equality at the Human Rights Campaign’s 14th annual National Dinner in Washington D.C. on Saturday.
The dinner is a fundraiser for the work of the nation’s largest GLBT civil rights organization and more than 3,000 are expected to attend.
Pink will be presented with the Ally for Equality Award by Bette Midler.
The National Arts & Culture Award will go to the hit ABC series Modern Family and Precious director Lee Daniels will accept the Visibility Award presented by Mo’Nique.
HRC President Joe Solmonese said:
“This has been a remarkable year in the fight for LGBT equality, but there is much work left to be done. The National Dinner will highlight our accomplishments and inspire us to keep up the fight until we have achieved full equality under the law.”
Yes! Equality for all!!!
