You can tell JoJo Siwa is genuinely happy here, and we’re happy for her!
The Dance Moms alum attended the Dancers Against Cancer Gala’s of the Stars event Thursday night, with boyfriend Chris Hughes right by her side.
They shared lots of cuddles and kisses on the red carpet, but most importantly, she had the look of sincere joy behind her eyes, and that’s how you can tell things aren’t just for show!

The two spoke to E! while they were there, and JoJo even admitted she sometimes wears a ring he gave her on THAT finger:
“He got me this ring for Christmas last year. I wear this every day, I’ve never taken it off. Sometimes I’ll switch it to my other hand just see what it feels like.”
Oop!
This was total news to Chris, but he reacted like a GREAT boyfriend would, saying:
“I didn’t know she did that, but now I do.”
LOLz!!
“It’s kind of cute.”
Phew!
So naturally the topic of whether or not he’s thought about popping the question came up. Put on the spot but still answering like a champ, he told E!:
“Yeah, one day, of course. I think that’s the goal for anyone in life. That’s all part of life — family, weddings, all that kind of thing. So yeah, no [timeline yet], but one step at a time.”
Making sure he didn’t feel any pressure, JoJo backed him up:
“We’re in a very happy phase of life right now.”
Chris and JoJo have been together since reconnecting after their time on Celebrity Big Brother in spring 2025.
