We kind of agree. This is one of those movies we want to experience, not be submerged in.

Though many Potter fans may disagree, Harry Potter himself, Daniel Radcliffe admitted to sources that he was glad the studio scrapped plans to convert Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One to 3D format. As he sees it, it isn’t necessary. He explained:

“If any film doesn’t need a gimmick, it’s these ones, and that’s for me what 3-D is. For me, 3-D adds nothing to the story.”

He might not see the value in it, but Warner Bros.’ sure does. Experts say that by not doing the film in 3D, they risk losing a good 10 to 20 percent of their projected revenue on the movie.

But it’s not about the money, right? Its about the fans!

So what say U, Potterheads – would U have wanted to see this in 3D?
