Emma Watson To Star In Beauty And The Beast

Emma Watson has her first starring post-Hermione role!

She’s set to play the lead in Guillermo Del Toro‘s adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. So far, there are very little details about the movie, but if it’s anything like Guiellermo’s past movies (Pan’s Labyrinth) it should be pretty dark and somewhat gritty.

Emma will also be in this fall’s My Week With Marilyn and next year’s The Perks of Being a Wallflower so looks like our little gurl is keeping herself quite busy!

We’re loving the idea of Emma in the role of Beauty/Belle. Now, who should play The Beast…?
