Looks like Ms. Winslet is NOT on Team Lilo!
Last week, we heard rumors that the Lifetime network was in talks to start production on a new film about the life and times of Elizabeth Taylor, which MIGHT star Lindsay Lohan.
In the past, Kate Winslet has also expressed interest in playing Liz Taylor in a film…and when she was asked her thoughts on Lindsay potentially playing Liz last night at the Globes, she had the following to say:
“I’m not gonna go there, dude!”
Kate ALSO said that she “didn’t even know” that Lindsay was interested in the role, and she mentioned that it’d be a “hugely challenging” character to take on.
Oh, and when specifically asked how she thought LiLo would do as Elizabeth, Kate said…
“I have to decline to comment.”
Sounds to us like Kate does NOT have the faith in Lindsay.
