Uh Oh!!! Not exactly what the movie execs like to hear!!
If a film gets an R rating, less people can enjoy its amazingness. Less people means less money…obviously…
So now that Emma Watson’s Perks of Being A Wallflower has received the oh so dangerous rating, they’re appealing the MPAA decision.
Summit definitely wants a PG-13 and since the film isn’t due until later this year, they’ve got time.
But hey, even if it doesn’t work out, at least they can be a badass at the box office, LOL!
