This is the most epic news we’ve heard all day.
There was a time, not too long ago in fact, when Lindsay Lohan would not clap for GLEE. In fact, gurl had some serious beef with the show, after she was name-checked alongside Gollum from Lord of the Rings and Gwyneth Paltrow used LiLo’s numerous stints in rehab to help the Gleeks learn Spanish.
But never mind all that! Forgive and let live! The past is in the past! Because today, we just learned the most sensational news: LiLo is actually set to guest star on GLEE!
True to his word, Ryan Murphy kept his show celeb-free for the first half of this current season, but with the episodes dwindling down, he is pulling out all the stops to have every famous face he can get to grace the McKinley halls. First Ricky Martin, then Matt Bomer … now Lindsay Lohan, and she is getting quite a plum role!
According to sources, Linds will be one of the three celebrity judges at this year’s Nationals competition, where the New Directions have one final shot at the glory of a win … if she signs on the dotted line.
And there’s the rub: the ball is completely is Lindsay’s court. Will she want to spend her first probation-free days working on one of the most successful shows on TV or not? Will she let her pride cloud her decision to step inside the world of Gleedom for a day and an undoubtedly hefty paycheck? Or will she see the light radiating in front of her, welcoming her to this new chapter of her career and grasp the chance to be on TV again, possibly performing a bit better than she did on SNL because it won’t be live.
God, do we hope so! From the bottom of our hearts, Lindsay! We implore you:
