Jennifer Hudson's Family Murder Trial Just Won't End

The creep who has been CONVICTED of killing three members of Jennifer Hudson‘s family wants a new trial.
Say what?!
A judge is considering it, and will decide by sometime next month. He set a July 24 date to rule on the request from William Balfour‘s attorneys. We’re willing to bet that Jennifer and her family do NOT want to go through something like that again.
Maybe they won’t have to, but the fact that there’s a possibility is heartbreaking!
Both sides are expected to argue the motion that day in July. If the judge says GTFO to the request, sentencing is expected to follow.
We hope whatever outcome there is, it lands in Jennifer’s family’s favor.
