Well…he’s certainly handling this debacle just as we anticipated he would!
Despite more and more reports surfacing that Joe Simpson has been come out of the closet to his family after not only being caught in an affair with 21-year-old year old wannabe actor Bryce Chandler Hill, but with a paid escort, sources close to the former pastor recently revealed that out of fear of damaging his reputation as a Christian and to protect wife Tina and daughters Jessica and Ashlee from further embarrassment, he would NEVER publicly admit to being gay!
And lo and behold, that’s EXACTLY what he’s doing!
Sources who have spoken with Simpson have revealed that he’s adamant that everyone else is lying, and that all of the reports are “ridiculous!”
Furthermore, while some insiders and close family friends believe him, others aren’t so willing to drink the Kool-Aid, and believe that he’s just not ready to accept himself, let alone for the public!
And while it’s his personal business whether or not he chooses to speak out, we think it’s pretty unfortunate that someone who spent years preaching against homosexuality to young people would still be comfortable allowing them to continue growing up thinking it’s something to be ashamed of – ESPECIALLY after the damage such beliefs have wreaked upon his personal life!
Truly tragic, don’t U think??
