Ashlee Simpson Shares Update On How Big Sister Jessica Is Doing After Breakup With Eric Johnson!

Jessica Simpson is thriving right now! At least, that is what her sister is saying!

A month after the 44-year-old singer announced her breakup with husband Eric Johnson, Ashlee Simpson shared with Us Weekly on Wednesday that her sibling is in “the best, best spirits.” Amazing! She continued:

“We are strong little ladies, and, you know, I think that’s a cool thing about life is just always growing and finding yourself, wherever that’s supposed to be.”

No one would have blamed Jessica if she was not in the best mood at this time! She broke up with her husband of 10 years! And there allegedly was a massive betrayal behind the split, too! All that would be hard on anyone! So, it is great Jessica is doing just fine at the moment! It sounds like she also has an amazing project in the works! Ashlee went on to say the former reality star “has new music coming” and “it was so exciting.” The Boyfriend artist added:

“I’m so proud of her.”

What can fans expect from Jessica’s new music? Ashlee did not spill the tea, sadly! However, we have heard Jessica plans to return to her country music roots and drop a “revenge” and “heartbreak” album with an “Alanis Morissette Jagged Little Pill” vibe. And yes, it is all about her divorce! So expect her to drop some insight into what happened to her marriage with Eric! Thankfully, people won’t have to wait long for the album! It’s coming out “very soon.” Like, reportedly this month! Wow!
