Bronx Zoo's Missing Cobra Has Been Tweeting!

Bronx Zoo officials say their missing Cobra is somewhere in the zoo’s reptile house – but that’s a bunch of snake poo according to the Cobra’s Twitter!

The adolescent Egyptian Cobra went missing Saturday, and by Sunday the snake tweeted:

“I want to thank those animals from the movie “Madagascar.” They were a real inspiration.”

The snake used his twitter to dispell a few rumors,

“Want to clear up a misconception. I’m not poisonous as has been reported. I’m venomous. Super venomous, but not poisonous so don’t worry.”

He was quickly subjected to discrimination.

“What does it take to get a cab in this city?! It’s cause I’m not white isn’t it.”

Snake is using his new freedom enjoy some of New York’s historical sites.

“Taking the Sex and the City Tour!!! I’m totally a SSSamantha.”

“Leaving Wall Street. These guys make my skin crawl.”

“On top of the Empire State Building! All the people look like little mice down there. Delicious little mice.”
