How AWFUL!!!! Who would do such a thing!
Dog flipping is sweeping the nation but this is NOT a trend that should be picking up steam.
It occurs when suspects buy dogs from breeders or on the internet, and “flip” around and sell them for a higher profit.
What’s worse is that the puppies are traumatized for life, are sold to puppy mills or flown out the country!
