Brooklyn Beckham may be estranged from his relatives, but he’s ready to start his own family!
According to a friend of Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz‘s, the couple has had “several conversations” about wanting to adopt a child!

The friend told The Sun on Friday:
“This is a subject Nicola and Brooklyn firmly align on. They both want a brood of children, and for at least one to be adopted.”
Exciting!
They added:
“They both know they come from a place of unimagined privilege and therefore strongly want to give back by offering a disadvantaged baby or child the best possible life.”
Adoption would also be the best route to starting a family in the near future, the source pointed out:
“They have talked extensively about it. Nicola has just dropped down to 90 lbs. for her latest movie role so having a child that is biologically hers right now seems out of the question.”
Brooklyn hinted at his desire to enter fatherhood soon in his bombshell social media exposé on his family feud — something that really broke his parents David and Victoria‘s hearts! The insider added:
“Brooklyn mentioned kids, ‘future family’ and ‘future children’ in his statement — they were two very intentional clauses.”
Because the soccer star and singer are “two hugely family-orientated people” and “adore the idea of becoming grandparents,” the notion that they may not have a relationship with their future grandchildren is devastating to them. The source pointed out:
“It would cut them deep not to have a role in a prospective grandchild’s life.”
And just as bad? Learning about the child on social media! The insider elaborated:
“The prospect of reading about an adopted baby on Instagram does not bear thinking about for them but, sadly, it is a very real prospect.”
Oof. So sad!
Brooklyn has reportedly not spoken to his parents in over eight months as he remains estranged from the whole family.
It’s gotta suck for all of them to be so divided, especially during what should be an exciting time of baby planning. It seems like the young Beckhams are gonna have to continue to take some pointers from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on how to navigate growing their family without their relatives involved!
