Over 5,000 fans stood in line for Friday’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens panel at Comic-Con to get a glimpse at the film. Lucky for you there’s no wait — we have the latest updates here!
While director JJ Abrams didn’t have any new footage from Episode 7, he did treat fans to a behind-the-scenes montage with a lot of familiar faces!
Among them, Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia. This was the first full look at Luke Skywalker’s twin sister. Other highlights included Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o wearing a motion-capture headpiece, Star Trek actor Simon Pegg in a funky alien costume, and of course, Harrison Ford as the still-dashing Han Solo.

Harrison, in his first public appearance after a scary plane crash earlier this year, seemed especially reflective:
“It was great to be back … It’s an emotional rounding of the experience we had in the first films.”
Carrie joked:
“It was a little bit like before, but we looked more melted this time.”
