Ellie Goulding to the rescue!
Last month we told you the 29-year-old singer had a bit of a nightmare when she was crossing a frozen lake in the “middle of nowhere” in Norway with photographer friend Conor McDonnell. The pair were driving over the ice when their BV206 vehicle half-submerged — causing them to almost drown!
So scary.
But fortunately, they made it out alive thanks to Miz Goulding’s efforts!

In a new interview with Daily Mirror, the Burn singer revealed that she surprised herself when her natural instincts told her to save her friend instead of fleeing:
“I was more concerned about getting him out than myself and that really surprised me. It was scary. I feel like I learned something about myself in that kind of situation.”
Um… yeah! We honestly have no idea what we’d do!
But one thing’s for sure, we know we’d want Ellie around!
