250 Cats And 2 Dogs Rescued From An "Animal Rescue"

250 cats rescued from horrid living conditions

Wow. Here is a sad case of irony.

Authorities rescued 241 cats found in a Pasadena 600-square-foot storage unit littered with feces in “one of the largest hoarding operations” they had ever seen!

A woman was running an “animal rescue operation” from the storage unit AND her Temple City home, but we’re not sure what she was rescuing these animals from.

Authorities received a tip last week from two volunteers who helped care for the cats who “were disturbed by the conditions and stepped forward as good Samaritans.”

THANK GOD!

The animals have been removed from the makeshift shelter along with 9 more cats and 2 dogs found in the woman’s home who ran her rescue operation under the umbrella of the rescue group “Cats in Need”.

Yes, they were definitely in need of the authorities help to get them out of that horrible prison she stuck them in!

The woman, being described as “hoarder who needs help very desperately”, was taken into custody Wednesday night, but released soon after.

No charges have been pressed yet, but authorities are still investigating.

We’d like to issue a big THANK YOU to the Pasadena Humane Society and authorities responsible for rescuing these imprisoned animals!
