The Supreme Court ruled years ago that Anna Nicole’s estate was NOT entitled to the hundreds of millions of dollars left behind by late oil tycoon husband J. Howard Marshall.
But a California court is making an exception for Dannielynn, Anna’s 6-year-old daughter with Larry Birkhead.
Specifically, the judge ruled that because Marshall’s attorneys were unsavory in their litigation tactics, Dannielynn could be entitled to sanctions. How much are these sanctions worth?
Up to $49 MILLION!
