Some things in life you just have to take one day at a time!
This seems to be the case for divorced exes Audrina Patridge and Corey Bohan, who are actively co-parenting their daughter Kirra together. As you know, it’s been a month since a judge granted The Hills star temporary primary custody of their two-year-old, while allowing the BMX pro scheduled visitation privileges.

On Wednesday, Us Weekly caught up with the reality TV starlet at her Prey Swim Resort Swimwear celebration and got an update on how co-parenting is actually going. Patridge admitted:
“That’s progress in the works. Hopefully, I mean, we’ll see what happens.We go to mediation in January so hopefully things can be worked out cordially and done in the right way for our daughter.”
It sounds like above all else, Kirra — who FYI won’t be appearing on the highly-anticipated reboot — is still the main priority here! The MTV personality continued, gushing about her super smart and helpful toddler:
“Kirra’s very independent as well. She’s very strong-willed and she loves to help me with everything. So she’s in the swim office with me helping me go through inventory. I hope that she learns from me and it sticks with her.”
How sweet! On another note though, the 33-year-old says she’s ready for viewers to get an update on the more glamorous side of her life, with the forthcoming series The Hills: New Beginnings slated for 2019.
“It’s been great reconnecting with everyone and starting up where we left off basically. It’s been a wild ride.”
And as we previously suspected, fans will most likely get to see how and why things didn’t work out between Audrina and now ex-boyfriend Ryan Cabrera. She teased:
“I love Ryan. He’s always been a part of my life and no matter if we’re together or not, we’re always in each other’s lives but I still talk to him every day. We hangout, like, there’s no label on it. We’re not making it into something, we’re just living and enjoying each other and seeing where it takes us.”
