Audrina Patridge is seeking an emergency restraining order against her estranged husband once more.
According to The Blast, The Hills alum stopped by an Orange County courthouse on Wednesday to file an emergency request, as Corey Bohan‘s alleged hostilities against Patridge have reached an all time high. Supposedly, the reality TV vet’s ex has made threats, so she wants to keep him away from herself and one-year-old daughter Kirra.

In her recent filing, Audrina asks for Corey’s visitation rights to be stripped and that a restraining order be issued against him. Allegedly, during a court-ordered hand-off for Kirra, he told the MTV starlet:
“You better start fucking playing nice, I’m fucking warning you.”
Not only did she record the incident, but also has claimed that Bohan has on other occasions followed her out of the parking lot. Oh, and he also “one time swerved his vehicle dangerously close to [her] sister.” How awful.
To make matters worse, Audrina believes Corey is “stalking” her on social media. Specifically, the 32-year-old stated that her former flame has been picking apart her public posts and attacking her character. Audrina went on to give an example of this behavior, as she shared a post of Corey’s where he seemingly teased Patridge’s decision to attend church.
The harassment read as follows:
“ONE THING I CANNOT STAND IS THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE PURE EVIL PUSHING THE ├óΓé¼╦£I LOVE CHURCH’ BEHAVIOR.”
Oof. As for Corey’s relationship with young Kirra, Audrina says he has been “angry, rude, and emotionally abusive” to their little one. Bohan apparently once told Kirra:
“Mommy doesn’t pick you up anymore because she’s an L.A. party girl.”
Ugh. Audrina’s mother will sometimes pickup Kirra when she’s busy working, and in result, Corey tries to “punish” her.
Although the 36-year-old has participated in anger management and parenting classes following their split, his lack of individual therapy has left him with residual issues. On the volatility between them, Lauren Conrad‘s TV bestie shared:
“I am more afraid of him now than ever, and fear for the safety of our daughter Kirra when she is in his care.”
Audrina further defended her stance by referring to a Snapchat video where Corey was filming and driving with Kirra in the vehicle. In the footage, Kirra’s car seat is also “facing the wrong way.”
After everything that’s already gone down between these two, we’re so upset to learn that things have not gotten better. We’re thinking of Audrina during this tense time.
