Whoa! First rule to living a full life: DO NOT PISS OFF BARBRA! NEVER!
It seems that there was a certain eclectic array of folks in the audience of a private event in El Lay over the weekend. We know it had to be a pretty swanky soiree in order for Barbra Streisand to agree to perform, but some the guests just weren’t up to speed on being in the presence of the legendary singer.
Namely, Jill Zarin, formerly of the Real Housewives of New York.
Now, in this technological age, you can find almost ANYTHING on Youtube – but you won’t find Bab’s performance from that party, we’ll tell you that. She doesn’t want it up and her lawyers are making sure it stays that way. So when Jill casually posted the video on her personal YouTube page, she got an earful about it from Bab’s lawyers faster than you can say, “like butter!”
Jill obliged and after, took to her Twitter to explain to her fans what just happened, saying:
“Someone from Barbra streisands company just called my store to tell me to take down my YouTube video or they will sue me. Is that nuts? Sorry guys. I took it down!”
Smart move. Testing the Streisand patience is just asking for trouble.
Ooo! But someone tell us what she sang, what she wore, who she was with, how long did she stay, how long did she sing ….
