David Beckham is hoping to hop over the pond to play for a European club during the off-season, and is just waiting for the LA Galaxy to approve the loan.
The Galaxy has hinted that they don├óΓé¼Γäót want him to leave and need him at the end of January to prepare for the season-opener on March 15. The team sort of has every right to be hesitant about letting him go — last off-season he played for AC Milan and injured an Achilles├óΓé¼Γäó tendon.
Said Beckham’s management company:
“At the moment we are waiting on the decision of LA Galaxy with regards to a loan move. The loan would be a short one until the start of the MLS season. David would then return and play a full season with the Galaxy.├óΓé¼┬¥
We DOUBT that the Galaxy will let him go — they can├óΓé¼Γäót risk him being injured again!
