Beckham Injured! May Miss World Cup

And so close to the World Cup, too!

David Beckham was injured during a game while on loan with AC Milan, breaking his tendon while he trapped a pass with his left foot!

The soccer stud headed off to Finland for surgery today on his Achilles’ Tendon by a specialist and now it’s highly unlikely he’ll be the first English player to appear in the World Cup four times.

It’s also a big blow to Major League Soccer in the US as Beckham’s the league’s biggest draw and it’s uncertain when he’ll be able to play again.

We wish Becks a speedy recovery!
