Bette Midler held her 15th annual Bette Midler’s New York Restoration Project’s Hulaween at The Waldorf Astoria.
Other guests that dropped by were TV personalities Phil Donahue and Marlo Thomas, the cast of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, and latinolicious Thalia and husband Tommy Mottola.
