In this incredibly empowering video, these women point out that at a very early age most girls are deterred from taking on leadership roles out of fear of being called “bossy.” So how do we solve this? By completely banning the word from our vocabulary!
Ban Bossy is looking to empower young girls and encourage them to take on leadership roles, but it’s also asking them to make a pledge to never utter the b-word again!
