On Friday, amid the US release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Billie Lourd shared a touching photo of her and late mother Carrie Fisher from the 2015 premiere of The Force Awakens.

Along with an emoji-filled caption that spells out “I miss you,” the American Horror Story actress posted on Instagram:

Billie will always have the memories they shared together, like how the mother-daughter duo appeared in the last two films of the hit science fiction franchise.
Especially ahead of the one-year anniversary of Carrie’s passing.
Fisher — who played the legendary Princess Leia — passed away on December 27, 2016, a day before mother Debbie Reynolds‘ death.
