Shelters Say Black Dogs Are Adopted Least Often

It’s hard out here for a pimp black dog.
Shelters and rescue centers are stating that Black Dog Syndrome is running rampant across the country.
Black dogs as well as black cats are less likely to be adopted by future pet owners and are first to be euthanized among other pets.
Some believe that a reason for this is due to black pets lacking photogenic qualities. But shelters are doing the best to rid the beautiful creatures of their stigma.
