Wow, this is quite the pairing!
On Thursday, Blake Shelton took to Twitter to reveal BETTE MIDLER will be his mentor on season eleven of The Voice.

Well, this should be interesting to say the least! We wonder how the very liberal Bette feels about Shelton’s recent implied support of Donald Trump!
As for the country guy, he couldn’t be more thrilled to have the icon on his side, tweeting:

Shortly after the 40-year-old’s announcement, the celebrated singer also confirmed the news:

Well, it’s clear Ms. Midler is raring to go! Though it seems she incorrectly stated the premiere month as October instead of September — we guess excitement got the best of her!
The entertainer will also join fellow mentors Joan Jett, Sammy Hagar, and Charlie Puth.
