Dog With Bad Front Legs Rides Runs On Wheels!

Roosevelt‘s front legs don’t work…but that’s not stopping him from runnning wild!
Owner Stephanie Fox adopted the border collie and gave him a new set of wheels to keep him mobile.
Roosevelt has strong hind legs and can balance himself on them at times.
Now…he can power on with them as well.
