New Study Says Babies Who Breastfeed Gain LESS Weight

breastfedbabies.jpg
A new study has published some inneresting information for mothers who ONLY breastfeed their bundles of love.
Research suggests that babies who only drink milk from the teet usually gain less weight compared to babies who use a bottle filled with either formula milk or breast milk.
The reason, says scientists, is because babies who drink from their mother’s breasts are the ones who decide when they’ve had enough to eat while babies who have a bottle become used to having their parents enforce their eating habits.
Here’s what a medical expert said:

“If the babies are fed by the breast, the baby plays a very active role, because they are the ones who decide when to suckle and when to stop. Breastfeeding is really the best feeding for the babies, and needs to be the first choice.”

Hey, maybe there’s something to this whole attachment parenting thing, huh?
If anything, we bet their kids are skinnier then other children.
Ha.
