Cody Simpson can’t win.
Not only was the Australian singer in the audience with ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid‘s last boyfriend, Joe Jonas, at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday, but also her current flame, Zayn Malik!
How awkward.

As if that wasn’t enough though, Cody tweeted prior to the show that he suffered a tiny mishap… he chipped his tooth! The 19-year-old wrote on Twitter:

He didn’t mention how he ended up chipping his grin, but we can’t imagine it was anything good. Sorry, Cody!
