And in this case, it’s no different with superstar soccer player David Beckham and his wife Victoria Beckham. As you know, these two have been married and fought off divorce rumors for years.
The Beckhams are actually super tight knit, and understand what it takes to keep a marriage and family unit thriving through all the bulls**t.

David recently reflected on his marriage to the “Posh” fashion designer with interviewer Lisa Wilkinson on Australia’s The Sunday Project. In a clip of the sit-down shared by the Mirror, the 43-year-old admits:
“To have been married for the amount of time that we have, it’s always hard work.”
He continues, referencing his four children with wife Victoria saying:
“Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference, and I’ve noticed that with my children. The thing we have to do is protect our children.”
We can assume the UK native means protecting his children from outside noise, including the media who continues to speculate about divorce and family turmoil with the famous British family.
Momma Beckham also defended her marriage in a recent feature in British Vogue, saying:
“People have been making things up about our relationship for 20 years, so David and I are pretty used to ignoring the nonsense and just carrying on as normal. But these things have a wider effect on the people around us, and that’s unfair.”
She echoed her husband’s sentiments, continuing:
“We both realize that we are stronger together than we are as individuals. Would either of us be in the position that we are in now had we not met and been together all those years ago? It’s all about the family unit. We are much stronger the six of us, than we would be if we were individuals. We respect that family bond and that is key.”
