Emile Hirsch Charged With Assault After Allegedly Placing Female Film Exec In Chokehold!

Emile Hirsch has been charged with felony assault after he allegedly placed a woman in a chokehold at the Sundance Film Festival on January 25th.
The 29-year-old actor allegedly got into an physical altercation with female film executive, Dani Bernfeld, at the TAO nightclub in Park City, Utah at 3:30 a.m.
Law enforcement claims that she actually blacked, and that it took two people to pry Emile off of the alleged victim! That sounds so scary!

Apparently, Emile told police that he was drunk, and did not know the alleged victim personally.
