Looks like that should be illegal!
On Monday, Emile Hirsch made his first court appearance where he was instructed to take his mugshot at the sheriff’s office.
The picture (above) shows a rather dapper Hirsch in a slim black suit. He’s looking much more put together than he was when first arrested!

As we reported last month, the 30-year-old actor was arrested and charged with felony assault after he allegedly placed Paramount film executive Dani Bernfeld in a chokehold and dragged her across a table at TAO Nightclub in Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival.
If found guilty, Emile could face up to five years in jail and a $5000 fine.
As previously documented, immediately after getting charged the Into The Wild star checked himself into rehab.
According to his lawyer Neil Kaplan, he is currently receiving counseling.
Hirsch asserts that he was drunk during the incident, and does not recall any of the aforementioned events.
His next court date is scheduled for April 13.
