In a new interview, Em confessed the duo met on the set of Adult World – the new flick about a student writer turned adult novelist!
The American Horror Story actress explained she had her eye on Evan from the beginning of filming, but he wasn’t looking in her direction at the time:

“We met on the movie. Everyone thought we dated on the movie and we didn’t, not for a long time after. I actually, on the set, was like, ‘Oh yeah, we’re totally gonna date.’ And I would like flirt with him, which ended up looking like I had something in my eye because I’d be like, ‘Hey, what’s up?.’ And he literally didn’t speak to me the entire movie. He thought I was so weird.”

After the movie wrapped, Evan apparently texted Emma and they started hanging out!
Consequently enough, the teeny actress then booked Coven, where she got to live with her BF for months while shooting the scary FX show!
Seems like this pair thrives when working together!
