What a fitting tribute!
As we reported on Christmas Day, George Michael passed away from heart failure at the age of 53. Thames Valley Police described his death as “unexplained but not suspicious.”

Although the Freedom singer was a musical icon, he surprisingly did NOT have a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame…
Until now!
As seen in the (above) Instagram photo, fans created their own star, which they decorated with candles, flowers, song lyrics, and of course, a picture of Michael himself.
When Carrie Fisher died following a heart attack, her fans did the same exact thing by adorning her impromptu plaque with various Star Wars props.
Hopefully, George and Carrie will officially be on the Walk Of Fame very soon!
