The Glee Live! In Concert! 2012 Tour Has Been Scrapped!

Sorry, Gleeks! Summer has just become wide open for you!
Although the cast of Glee has toured across the country the past two years with Glee Live! In Concert!, the proposed 2012 dates have been canceled!
A spokesman for the series says in a statement:

“We currently have no plans of touring the cast this summer.”

Well, given the cast’s extreme workload all year long, we certainly don’t blame them for wanting to take a summer off!
But fear not! There IS still talk of a one-time, benefit concert to raise money for the arts education charity Give a Note at the Hollywood Bowl at some point!
Well, hey! That’s something, right?!
