Golden Globes viewers may have thought host Nikki Glaser didn’t take any prisoners with her savage roast-style monologue. They would be wrong.
Sure she roasted Selena Gomez‘s engagement to Benny Blanco… But there were several jokes she thought were too far! The comic did a post-show debrief on Howard Stern‘s SiriusXM radio show Monday morning and revealed some of the meaner jabs she decided not to do on national television — including a couple more about Diddy! The A-list sex trafficking scandal didn’t go unmentioned, as she quipped to Zendaya on the broadcast:
“Challengers, girl, it was so good! I mean, that movie was more sexually charged than Diddy‘s credit card. I know, I’m sorry, the after party’s not going to be as good this year, but we have to move on!”
But she told Howard two jokes she cut that were WAY worse! She almost greeted the room full of stars by saying:
“The Golden Globes is the only show where you can see the biggest stars and movies and television joined together with the same goal — getting out of here tonight before Dax Shepard asked them to do his podcast. This is the last time all of you will be in the same room together until the Diddy trial.”
DAYUM! She explained she cut that one because it’s “accusing the people in the room of being involved in that, and they might turn on you.” Uh, yeah! LOLz! Good call! The other one?
“Amy Adams is nominated for her performance in Nightbitch, while I was totally snubbed for my performance in Day Slut. The documentary category is tough, though. By the way, ‘Night, bitch’ is what Diddy hears every evening before lights out.”
Ouch! Yeah, even for Diddy, you don’t want to cross the lines of making fun of prison rape.

Nikki’s roughest, least appropriate, may have been directed at Alec Baldwin though. She told Howard she would have joked:
“Michael Keaton was so great in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. And Alec Baldwin sadly did not come back to play a ghost because he was too busy making them.”
YEESH! Nikki had to admit:
“Please know that I know that was not nice. It’s such a great joke, but it’s just too mean.”
Plus she had more cut jokes about Conclave, Bob Dylan, Adrien Brody, and more…
Thank goodness she didn’t go through with those! And that Ben Affleck one, too!
