Insane! Potterheads, this is your moment!
Sources are confirming that this weekend is going to be “record-breaking” for the first installment of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The movie doesn’t open until midnight on Friday, but its already well on its way to breaking LOADS of box office records.
Its already managed one feat – the movie is slated to play in about 3,700 locations at midnight, which is a figure no one has ever achieved before. Then after that, it will play on over 9,000 screens across the country.
Almost all theaters have sold out already, forcing some to consider adding a 3 A.M. showing on opening night just to compensate. Sites like Fandango are stating that more than 2,200 showtimes of their available showtimes have sold out and have been sold out for weeks.
But the most astounding, unprecedented thing of all is that the movie has already made 25 Million in advance ticket sales, setting another huge record!

Geez, if this is the turn out for the first half, the second half is going to MONUMENTAL!
