Whoa.
As the accusations against Harvey Weinstein continue to surface, an actress has now filed a federal lawsuit against the disgraced filmmaker for allegedly violating sex trafficking laws by luring her to a hotel room in Cannes, where she says he assaulted her.
Kadian Noble says Weinstein invited her to his room at the Le Majestic Hotel in February of 2014 under the pretense of casting her for a movie.

During the incident, Noble, whom U.K. readers may remember as a Britain’s Next Top Model contestant in 2010, claims Weinstein started massaging her before groping her breasts and buttocks against her will.
The lawsuit then alleges Weinstein trapped her in the bathroom and forced her to perform a hand job on him until he ejaculated on the floor.
Weinstein reportedly told her at the time:

“Everything will be taken care of for you if you relax.”

The suit also names Bob Weinstein and The Weinstein Co. as defendants.
In response, a spokesperson for the movie mogul released a general statement, saying:

“Mr. Weinstein denies allegations of non-consensual sex. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.”

We’ll keep you posted.`
