Hulk Hogan spoke out about his sex tape scandal for the first time this morning when he told Howard Stern that he had banged his best friend’s wife six years ago.
In the process of talking about one controversy, he may have started another because he mentions receiving “verbal” and “mental abuse” from Linda Hogan.
While discussing his motivations for succumbing to temptation and taking Bubba The Love Sponge‘s wife for a ride, he implied that his ex-wife would berate him with comments like:
“This thing’s over, you’re too old, you’re too slow, I’m movin’ on.”
Well, Linda heard the radio interview and she’s PISSED! In response, she has called her Hulk’s comments “unbelievable” and maintains that she “never abused Hulk Hogan.”
Her lawyer weighed in on the action too and added:
“Hulk Hogan├óΓé¼Γäós the-devil-made-me-do -it (or in his case my ex-wife Linda-made-me-do-it) is just a pitiful excuse for a grown man to avoid taking responsibility for his own mishaps and actions. It is a shame that Hulk Hogan tries to deflect his immorality with false allegations that Linda verbally and emotionally abused him. Linda Hogan never abused Hulk Hogan ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ verbally, mentally or otherwise.”
Since he has admitted that the sex tape is 6 years old, there is a chance that he’s just trying to justify cheating on his wife. But then again, we’ll never know exactly what went on between Hulk and Linda so it will always be a “he said, she said” kind of argument.
