Jenelle Evans is over it. Like, ALL THE WAY over it.
The Teen Mom 2 alum was in court in her home North Carolina county very early on Thursday morning to take care of a hearing related to her request for a restraining order against estranged husband David Eason. And while both parties had to physically show up in person — through a driving rainstorm outside, no less — the 32-year-old momma made sure she acted like David wasn’t even there! Invisibility cloak activated!!

Per the US Sun, David was the first one to arrive at court for their hearing on the restraining order. He got there at about 9:30 a.m. local time on Thursday. Jenelle was not far behind the 35-year-old man, popping up about 15 minutes later — but by then, court was already in session. Oops!!
But once there, she made sure she iced out Eason in the most wicked way: she never even looked at him! And that’s not a guess or a report, that’s a quote straight from the MTV alum herself! Speaking to the news outlet after walking out of court at the end of their hearing, Jenelle explained that she acted as though Eason weren’t in the room:
“I didn’t even look at him.”
Bam!
The outlet reported that Jenelle was reluctant to say much more than that, and she walked off in the rain — presumably to head home to her little ones Jace, 14, Kaiser, 9, and Ensley, 7. FYI, it sounds like the restraining order request wasn’t fully decided on Thursday, though. A source close to the case spoke to the news org after Jenelle walked off. They revealed that David asked the judge for more time to get his legal ducks in a row:
“David asked for a continuance, and the judge typically grants that first continuance, so they’ll be going back.”
So, there you go. These two will apparently have a day in court looming yet again. Probably many days in court, TBH, considering how long the divorce process is in North Carolina. But if future hearings are anything like this one, Jenelle is just going to keep on acting like David doesn’t exist — even while standing feet away from him before a judge! We’ve gotta say, considering the allegations that have been made against David regarding domestic issues and a second dog death at their formerly shared home, we feel like Evans is making the right move by icing him out. Ya know?? What do U think about it?!
