Justice has finally been served.
In a Chicago courtroom this morning, William Balfour was denied a bid for a new trial and was officially convicted of the murders of Jennifer Hudson’s mom Darnell Donerson, her brother Jason Hudson, and nephew Julian King.
Jennifer was present at the hearing, where the judge looked at William in the eyes and said, “Your soul is as barren as dark space.”
He then decreed that William will serve THREE CONSECUTIVE LIFE SENTENCES in prison for his crimes, despite William’s pleas of his innocence.
There isn’t a soul alive who believes you, buddy — and while it will never bring Jennifer’s love ones back, at least you will really PAY for what you did to her and her family.
