Amazing! Joe Simpson Is Cancer-Free Following Radiation Treatments!

Wonderful news!
After being diagnosed with prostate cancer in September and beginning radiation treatment in February, Joe Simpson is officially cancer-free!
A rep for the father of Jessica and Ashlee Simpson tells Us Weekly of the 59-year-old being “in the clear”:

“It worked! The cancer went away and he’s doing great!”

The insider went on:

“He has a new lease on life. His kids are obviously so happy. There is always a chance [the cancer] can come back, of course, but doctors are optimistic.”

We’re sure this is a huge sigh of relief for the whole Simpson squad!
